Henry Schubel has lived in the Valley of the Sun for 28 years. Henry was President of Resource Enterprises Ltd, a firm that specializes in creating custom business solutions for small business.

Henry taught for Park University for 22 years teaching courses in the computer science curriculum and the business curriculum, and has served as Academic Director for the school. Henry also taught for University of Phoenix for 12 years, again focusing on courses in the computer science arena. Henry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Computer Science and Marketing, and an MBA with a Management concentration.

Henry volunteers a significant amount of his off-hours time to officiate baseball working from Little League Minors through high school varsity level. He has officiated for 10 years now and can frequently be found on a baseball field working with our youth. Henry has served as the Safety Officer for District 2 Little League for the past 5 years now. Henry is happy to work with every level of client in order to find their next place to call home.

Henry’s passion in real estate is helping people find a place that is #1: SAFE, and #2: comfortable and within their financial means. If you are looking to invest in real estate, Henry is a numbers guy, having taught corporate finance as well as business management, and he knows the Phoenix metropolitan area well.
