A brand new project by K Hovnanian Homes, Pointe 16 offers multiple floor plans starting in the low to mid $400s. A gated community with a resort style pool, Pointe 16 is in a great location in north central Phoenix, very near State Route 51 and a quick commute into other parts of the Valley, including Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area.

Located just south of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway between 42nd Street and 44th Street, Palazzo Townhomes is a gated community featuring an Olympic-style pool with spa, a complete fitness center and even a private dog park (affectionately referred to as the “Bark Park”), Furthermore, Palazzo Townhomes distinguishes itself from many other townhome communities in Phoenix by welcoming large dogs. Many others have stringent weight limits and will not allow breeds over a certain size — something that can make finding a new home particularly frustrating for dog parents.
