Pointe 16

A brand new project by K Hovnanian Homes, Pointe 16 offers multiple floor plans starting in the low to mid $400s. Recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes and other contemporary features emphasize the newness of this townhome community. A gated community with a resort style pool, Pointe 16 is in a great location in north central Phoenix, very near State Route 51 and a quick commute into other parts of the Valley, including Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and the Dreamy Draw Recreation Area.

The first phase of Pointe 16 will consist of 46 homes. And as one of the best up and coming townhome communities in Phoenix, the remaining townhomes will probably not last long. Would-be homebuyers will need to wait for additions planned in the future if they do not act soon.

Palazzo Townhomes

Palazzo Townhomes is another new addition to townhome communities in Phoenix. Located just south of the 202 Red Mountain Freeway between 42nd Street and 44th Street, Palazzo Townhomes is a gated community featuring an Olympic-style pool with spa, a complete fitness center and even a private dog park (affectionately referred to as the “Bark Park”), Furthermore, Palazzo Townhomes distinguishes itself from many other townhome communities in Phoenix by welcoming large dogs. With floor models ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, accompanying rents also range from $1,000per month to $1,800 per month, which is a reasonable rate given the amenities, quality of townhomes and fantastic central location of the townhome community.
