About Beverly Pulos
Professionally
I began my Real Estate career in 1998. Having spent 19 years on the Title & Escrow side, I’ve witnessed the intricacies of real estate transactions from a great many vantages. My knowledge, experience and expertise will allow me to guide you through this journey with all the peace of mind I would want for my own family.
The Golden Rule is my guiding principle: Treat others as you want to be treated…with the highest level of compassion and respect.
Communication is key. First and foremost: Honesty is always the best policy, Truth without compassion is cruelty, and most of all, LISTENING is the best part of any conversation.
If you have a plan and goal for your future, I want to listen and help you achieve that goal. I want to help you reach that next level for your future. Let’s have a conversation today!
Personally
I grew up and started my family in Orange County CA. In 2005 I transferred to the east coast, spending 10 remarkably busy years in Fairfax County VA (suburbs of Washington DC). After my sons graduated High School and College, I headed west, spending a couple years in El Paso County CO, but it just wasn’t home for me. Finally, I moved to the Grand Canyon State. After spending a year in Tucson, I moved to the West Valley in 2017. I have finally found my home. I absolutely love the winters here and am one of those “but it’s a dry heat” people during the summer. I LOVE IT!! If you’re interested in relocating to Arizona permanently or as snowbirds, I highly recommend it. Call me today!
I have 3 grown sons – One is in California with my beautiful daughter-in-law and precious grandson. Next is a High School Athletic Trainer and lives in Virginia with my handsome grand-pup. And my youngest is here in AZ – and just purchased his first home. I also have a whole bunch of siblings, nieces, nephews, parents and in-laws.
In addition to my faith, family and helping others, I enjoy meeting new people (and dogs), traveling, camping, hiking, black & white movies, listening to good music, and practicing my newly acquired skill… motorcycle riding. Do you ride?
