About Carolyn D’Sylva
In 1999, Carolyn D’Sylva moved to the Valley of the Sun and continued her teaching career. In 2000, after putting an offer on a new home, she continued to look at various properties, and was encouraged by her closest friend to get her real estate license. She enjoyed seven years of helping friends and new acquaintances buy and sell their homes.
Then in 2006, her life circumstances changed and in 2007 she focused on other areas of her life. At the end of 2021, Carolyn D’Sylva was encouraged by a REALTOR ® friend and other friends to get her real estate license again.
In the months leading up to re-licensing, Carolyn drove by Century 21 Northwest on her way to help a friend and wondered if that is where she might work someday. After prayerful consideration, Carolyn joined Century 21 Northwest in 2022 where their motto is “Serve First.”
Service to God is of greatest importance to Carolyn. She serves with church children’s ministries, she mentors, and she volunteers with a local faith-based ministry.
Carolyn works with only one or two clients at a time, which allows her to manage time with her client’s and her other obligations. If she is not able to serve you, she will refer you to a fellow REALTOR ® who can.
