About Chad Coulter Jr.
Chad Coulter, Jr. moved to Arizona from North Dakota. With roots also in Arkansas, and California, Chad was eager to seek warmer weather, the beautiful outdoors, and more opportunities to help others. Having lived in multiple states, Chad has experienced various real estate markets. With multiple years of experience in the service industry, Chad decided to jump right into the role of a real estate agent right out of college. As a full-time realtor, Chad is dedicated to representing his clients in the best way possible. Chad strives to give you the most enjoyable experience possible by being in constant communication, and by being available always. Whether it be buying, selling, or renting, Chad will always be there to assist you in any way possible.
Outside of his work life with CENTURY 21 Northwest as a real estate agent, Chad loves to explore new areas, and spend time with his fiancé, Arin, friends, and other family. Chad enjoys working out and enjoying the sun by the pool.
