About Chad Coulter Sr.
Chad Coulter, Sr. is a husband and a father of two adult children. He is a retired law enforcement officer/agent after more than 24 years of service in Arkansas, California, and North Dakota. One of his peers described him as having been the most dedicated, trustworthy, and hardest working agent he had ever met. Some other traits used to describe Chad by his associates were his attention to detail, accountability, his organizational skills, his gift of communication, and being a man of faith, family, and service. During Chad’s career, he was nominated by his colleagues and awarded Officer of the Year and Agent of the Year.
Chad and his family joined Century 21 Northwest, the gold standard of real estate, and launched the Coulter Realty Group. Having purchased and sold homes in several states, Chad recognizes that any decision regarding real estate, such as buying and selling homes, can be stressful and, at times, daunting. As a full-time real estate agent, he will work hard to represent you, reduce the stress, and make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Chad will achieve this through constant and effective communication and by being available whenever he is needed, day or night. Just as Chad was an advocate during his 24-year law enforcement career, by serving and protecting those in the communities he lived, he and his team will be an advocate for you! Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, Chad and Coulter Realty Group will work tirelessly to promote your best interests.
When not assisting clients, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years, Shannon, his two children, Chad, Jr., Emily, and Chad, Jr.’s fiancée, Arin.
It would be a pleasure and honor to work with you! You can reach me at 701.204.5022 or [email protected]. Let our family serve your family!
