Landon Ball

Landon is a southern boy born and raised in the great state of North Carolina. In July of 2014, Landon moved to the Phoenix area with his family. He began and graduated high school here in the state of Arizona. He is also a husband and a father. Landon originally worked in the food and beverage industry at a golf club in the west valley where he was an exceptional member of the wait staff. In 2020 unfortunate circumstances in the country forced restaurant closures, and he quickly had to make a move to provide for his family. Landon sought that to be the perfect opportunity to start pursuing his career in real estate. Coming from the food and beverage industry Landon is driven to serve others with a great sense of compassion and enthusiasm. One of Landon’s greatest joys is watching people fulfill their dreams. He understands that real estate is a crucial investment, and can be scary for many clients, but he wants to be by your side every step of the way.
