Marshall Kain

My real estate journey began early in life. From a young age, my parents taught me investment strategies like “fix and flips” and “buy and holds”. In my twenties, I joined my brother’s property management company as the Deputy Director of Maintenance and Construction where I became an expert in property operations and project management.

Needing new challenges, I ventured up to Alaska to work on a commercial fishing boat; a role that not only provided me with valuable leadership experience but also strengthened my decision-making skills. What was intended to be a few-month Alaskan adventure, morphed into five transformative years, including three as captain of a commercial salmon tender boat.

My life after Alaska has taken diverse paths. I found the love of my life and married a kindred spirit who shares a passion for exploration, I earned a degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, and am actively engaged as a geographic information systems (GIS) mentor through the Arizona Geographic Information Council.

In addition to Century 21, I hold a prominent executive administrative role at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), where I’ve led impactful initiatives such as crafting the airport’s Super Bowl LVII Playbook and developing the PHX Large Event Manual. I also chaired Aviation’s Community Service Fund Drive committee, achieving record-breaking fundraising results for local Phoenix charities, and authored the manual on airport courtesies for dignitaries and delegations.

Beyond aviation, I remain deeply committed and passionate about real estate. I endeavor to assist my clients in finding homes that align with their aspirations. Recognizing the profound impact that a well-suited living space can have on personal fulfillment and well-being, my overarching goal is to create environments that foster meaningful experiences and cherished memories.
