About Shannon Coulter
The Valley of the Sun is a great place to live and work, which is why Shannon Coulter, and her family chose to call it home. With roots in California, Arkansas and North Dakota, Shannon came to the valley to enjoy the mild winters, recreation, entertainment and, of course, the sun! Real estate is a passion for Shannon, and with many years of real estate experience, it is easy to see why she can help identify each client’s desires and skillfully guide them in fulfilling their real estate goals.
Shannon has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with Residential and Land purchases. In addition, she is a certified Century 21 Commercial Advisor.
Shannon and her family are a part of the Century 21 Northwest family, but they are not just passionate about helping families find their next home. Shannon loves being part of community events, helping those in need and has a “Serve First” attitude. She is a proud supporter of Tunnel to Towers, Feed My Starving Children, and the Salvation Army. She is also a member of Fit Body Boot Camp, who tirelessly gives back to the community.
When Shannon is not in the office, helping clients all over Arizona, or volunteering, she is spending time with her family and exploring all the many things Arizona has to offer!
