About Teri Todd
Originally a Licensed Real Estate Agent in California 1986, California Real Estate Broker in 1991, currently active Realtor happy to be at home on the range in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona.
Early in my Real Estate career I specialized in financing as an owner of Beachfront Funding, which was the in-house Lender for Century 21. Our operations included origination through closing of Conventional Loans, FNMA, Freddie Mac, Jumbo loans, both FHA and VA Government Loans, Hard Money Loans, Construction Take out Loans, and the first ever FHA Reverse Mortgage Loan for Seniors. As an in-house Lender I also worked as Escrow and Title, Loan Processing, Underwriting, Appraisals, Inspections, Funding, Closing and Servicing. All of this invaluable experience combined together has molded me into the "Know How, Go To and Get er Done Realtor" for my all my clients, both Buyers and Sellers.
Knowing the entire process of what real estate Buyers and Sellers will be going through and the challenges they may face, puts my knowledge and experience to work ensuring the best service for every transaction. Communication, availability and accessibility are key to successful relationships and real estate transactions. My goal with every client is to keep them informed through the contract process, the financing process, inspection and appraisal process, any repair process, closing process, and be reachable when needed.
My personal family experience extends into the Construction Restoration Industry and the Equestrian Community. Both bring added knowledge to specialized fields in Real Estate. My family in the Construction Restoration has broadened my knowledge of building homes and commercial properties, working with Engineers, Architects, getting Site Plans approved by the City for permits, exterior and interior materials and design, roofing, electrical, plumbing, foundation and landscape. And my love for horses having Draft Horses for over 30 years, and cattle, I specialize in horse properties and ranches, with the knowledge of what it takes to run and maintain a successful operation to house livestock.
“The best source of business is the ongoing resource of business.” A quote that basically means always be professional and respectful, treating your clients the way you would want to be treated, and they will become your ongoing resource of business.
