About Vincent Smith-Valle
Born in Scotland and raised in California, Vincent is a first-generation immigrant who values family above all else. Vincent firmly believes that everyone deserves an equal opportunity in the pursuit of the American dream and wants to help families achieve theirs.
As early as he can recall, Vincent’s father taught him that anything you want in life is possible so long as you are willing to work hard, earnestly, and treat others with kindness. Vincent’s first job was at 6 years old knocking doors with his older brother to wash cars at the apartment complex they resided in Pacific Beach, San Diego. This early introduction to good work ethic and being of service to others paved the foundation to the path of every step Vincent has taken since.
After graduating from Chaparral High School in Temecula, California, Vincent attended a trade school for phlebotomy, obtaining his CPT-1 license and quickly developed a strong bedside manner working alongside his patients. At 23 years old Vincent relocated to San Francisco on a whim seeking life experience and self-discovery. He quickly picked up a position renting bikes to tourists in Fisherman’s Wharf and taking them for guided tours of the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Park. Shortly after through chance or fate, Vincent was introduced to a local family in need of childcare and found himself as a private family nanny to a set of boy/girl twins.
During Vincent’s time caregiving for the family he met the love of his life, a Glendale Arizona native who he married 10 years later and made his husband. As the twins Vincent was nannying transitioned into their elementary school years, Vincent too transitioned to working for a local grocery store and Fortune 500 company. That quickly led to an extensive career in leadership and development of multimillion dollar stores for almost 12 years spanning coast to coast.
Aside from work Vincent’s interests include; swimming a mile per day, hiking any chance he gets, watching hummingbirds on his patio, baking, and anything to do with cats.
Vincent joins Century 21 Northwest eager to utilize his accumulated skills in situational leadership and communication, to provide guidance and emotional support that is individualized to the unique needs of each of his clients.
