The famous 64 acre public park (Fountain Park) has a fountain that projects almost 600 feet into the air on the hour. The town’s exclusivity leads it to have some of the best doctors, dentists, and schools in the Valley.
The town’s population of 23,000 is the 8th fastest growing place in Arizona over the past 20 years (+13.8% growth rate). There used to be an older median age for the population, but recent development promotes a younger family-oriented age. What we love about Fountain Hills is the diverse home pricing options, all within the same general area.
