Litchfield Park AZ is a small town in Maricopa County (population 5,500). Paul Litchfield was an executive of Goodyear Tire Company in the early twentieth century who bought the land as farming land for growing cotton and making rubber. There are several tourist attractions such as the Kiwanis Winter Trout Fishing Derby, Wigwam Festival of Fine Art. and the “Splash Bash”. This is a great place for families with access to several great school districts and homes on large properties!
