The Amenities of Trilogy at Vistancia

Golf, Hiking, and More

There are a host of outdoor activities in Peoria, AZ, and Trilogy at Vistancia offers its residents full opportunity to partake. In fact, there are a great deal of free things to do in the town that complement the paid recreational clubs and golf courses. It’s an ideal blend of cost-effectiveness and exclusivity that provides retirees a slice of paradise not easily found elsewhere.

If hiking is one of your favorite pastimes, then this is the place for you. There is a trail system that allows for jogging, hiking, and biking, and it is fully family-friendly! Peoria joins the greater Phoenix area as one of the most active regions in the nation, which makes it no wonder why the community of Trilogy is so enthusiastic about its exercise.

Similarly, the cost of golf is extremely affordable in a state where the sport is king. At Trilogy at Vistancia, their golf club has very reasonable rates for single tee times for guests and single-use residents. However, this cost goes down a great deal when you take the monthly and annual passes available for homeowners there; it can be near $10 per round if you go a few times a week!

There is a thriving nightlife scene, as well; the restaurants at Trilogy are world-class, and they fit the theme of not breaking the bank. Residents can find themselves at a taproom or wine-tasting with a built-in bistro, or they can enjoy the Kiva Club for tapas.

There really is something for everyone at Trilogy at Vistancia, and that’s part of what creates the pleasant culture of the neighborhood.

The Homes in Trilogy at Vistancia

Brand New Luxury Homes

Part of every retirement community’s story, especially for the residents, is the actual homes. This is no different for retirees at Trilogy; in fact, it becomes a huge selling point because of their unique builds.

At Vistancia, there are multiple award-winning home builders that residents can choose from. Given the relative youth of the community itself and its recent establishment in 2004, every home is a phenomenal investment. The unique floor plans that residents can choose from are paired with master craftsmanship, and it’s also reassuring that the foundation, pipes, and roofs are going to be 15 years old at most.

If you think this setup would predicate exorbitant retirement home costs at Trilogy, you are in for a pleasant surprise!  While the average price of a new purchase at Vistancia is a bit higher than most retirement communities in the area at $453,000, this remains extremely congruent with the affordable home market of Arizona.

New call-to-action

When considering the fact that the HOA fees are a manageable $564 per quarter, and utilities and recreation fees are the only fixed expense, Trilogy at Vistancia allows for a financially flexible retirement while enjoying very upscale housing.

One last thing to consider is that because of friendly state and property taxes, the costs of goods are very cheap in Arizona. As a result, the grocery stores located inside Trilogy at Vistancia can offer extremely fair prices for merchandise, meaning your meals and snacks will fit any sort of retirement budget!

Who Lives in Trilogy at Vistancia?

A Community of Volunteers

There is an unofficial motto among retirees at Vistanca: who you are in retirement has nothing to with your past profession. You can play golf every day if you want, or host bridge club weekly, or work to enrich the community around you. Heck, many people will do all of these things and more during their time in Trilogy.

A common theme is pride in the modern neighborhood, living an active lifestyle, and being receptive towards neighbors. Trilogy at Vistancia may be a 55+ community, but there’s still a youthful exuberance among the residents. Hiking groups and pickleball are common ways to make new friends, and there is a great sense of activism that is facilitated by their clubs and religious institutions.

Due to how accepting the atmosphere is of all walks of life, there are many denominations of worship represented at Trilogy at Vistancia. Another factor of the overall harmony may be due to the fact that retirees volunteer hours account for over 45 percent of all the time donated in the United States. When thinking about the composition of the Trilogy residents, it would be safe to assume that number is even higher there!

You would be hard-pressed not to want to retire amongst a group of happy, healthy neighbors. In fact, it is very easy to envision how pleasant life would be on the course or by the water, which is another amazing feature of Trilogy at Vistancia!

Lake Pleasant, Hurricane Harbor, and Golf!

Not only are the buildings and people amazing at Vistancia, but the site is near three spectacular attractions that residents frequent.

Lake Pleasant is just a short drive from the retirement community, and it is a wonderful way to mitigate the Arizona heat during the summer. Spending a night watching the sunset and transition into a starry night is something that only an Arizona retirement can provide in this fashion. Add in the fishing off the two full-service marinas, and it’s a no-brainer to add this into part of your retirement routine.

While Lake Pleasant represents the relaxing natural side of water attractions near Vistancia, Hurricane Harbor can be viewed as the adventurous side to take your children and grandchildren to — or just to act like a big kid yourself! We all know that variety is the spice of life, and nothing sounds more magical than spending the morning on the golf course and making your way over to a waterpark as the heat goes up. Grab a coozy and prepare for an afternoon, Trilogy residents!

Finally, an Arizona retirement home would not live up to its reputation without an amazing golf course. Luckily, Trilogy has its own Gary-Panks designed golf course that is one of the newest and best-maintained courses in the state. It provides enjoyment and challenges to golfers of all levels, and they host clubs and tournaments year-round.

The best part about all these attractions is that they are low cost for residents — passes for all these items are discounted by a residency at Trilogy Vistancia, adding even more intrinsic value to a home purchase there!
